Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to manage client relationships, financial oversight, and cross-functional program delivery. You will work with teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving organizational excellence and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Some travel is expected to support ongoing client partnerships and program governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare-related field.
• 3–4 years of project/program management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and ensure program execution within scope, time and budget.
• Monitor budget, invoicing, and financials; provide weekly status updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain client dashboards and trackers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews (QBRs) and accruals as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
