Qualifications
- 8+ years in a practice management, business development or marketing role in a large firm.
- 2+ years as a manager preferred.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and listening skills.
- Experience supporting executives on strategic priorities in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare well-structured responses to RFPs/RFIs and craft strategic pitches.
- Develop marketing materials that elevate position in life sciences.
- Support initiatives with internal stakeholders to grow client relationships.
- Monitor opportunities and refine business development plans.
- Lead submissions, rankings, and cross-selling opportunities with Marketing.
- Mentor team members and share best practices for growth.
