Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in life sciences, chemistry, or related discipline is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, CRO, or GMP-regulated industry.
• Prior sales experience and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Source new life sciences clients through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails focusing on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturers.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients to help them achieve their business goals using GMP analytical testing and related services.
• Build and execute territory business plans for Sterling, VA and Wilson, NC laboratories to grow sales revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life sciences trends, FDA/GMP regulations, and competitor pricing to present accurate value propositions.
