Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking an Account Manager II to sustain and expand existing client accounts through direct sales. You will present Eurofins Discovery capabilities, partner with technical teams, and drive value through strong relationship management.

The role requires 3+ years in inside sales, a life sciences background, and proficiency with CRM and data tools. Remote work in the Midwest is supported with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or similar role.
• Experience in life sciences sales or drug discovery helpful.
• Proven negotiation and account management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow sales.
• Develop targeted marketing and outreach strategies for each account.
• Build long-term relationships and be the single point of contact for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present offerings and close business.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide monthly status updates to sales leadership.
• Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts and KPIs for territory.
