Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking an Account Manager II to maintain and grow existing client accounts through direct sales. You will present Eurofins Discovery capabilities and partner with clients to meet their needs while delivering excellent customer interactions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, collaboration with internal teams, and active account management to drive revenue and customer success in a remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales or account management.
• Proven sales skills including negotiation and customer management.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel in assigned territories and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to maintain and grow sales.
• Develop marketing and sales outreach strategies per account to highlight offerings.
• Build long-term relationships and act as the main contact for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present offerings and close business.
• Maintain CRM data and provide monthly reporting on account activity.
• Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
