Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Account Manager, Life Sciences in Jacksonville, FL to oversee our Life Sciences client partnerships and guide recruiters delivering for them. You’ll build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and lead quarterly business reviews with clients.

You’ll rely on your 7+ years of recruiting experience, including Life Sciences experience, to ensure delivery excellence, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize ATS/MS Office workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience including full-desk recruiting.
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Life Sciences clients.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service delivery for client partnerships.
• Support client billing and introduce new service offerings.
