The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn. Expect a collaborative, service-oriented team and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for life sciences roles including aesthetics/dermatology

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition and recruiting processes
• Identify, assess and recruit potential candidates
• Present best talent to clients
• Ensure recruiting process maintains high quality and professionalism
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through recruitment
• Track and report metrics such as time to fill and offer acceptance
