Decisely Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager (Life/Health) to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for client employees’ benefits programs. You’ll own the client experience, drive retention, and deliver data-backed insights to identify growth opportunities.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative service, and technically navigating life/health plans within an InsurTech culture. On-site in Alpharetta, GA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits with 3+ years in sales/strategic account management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• State Life and Health Insurance License required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand services within client portfolios
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers
• Provide strategic guidance based on client goals and industry trends
• Host regular client meetings to review claims, benchmark analyses and stewardship reports
• Track activity and outcomes in CRM systems
