Job summary

Fulcrum GT is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio. You’ll bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate technical capabilities into compelling value for law firms, corporate counsel, and decision-makers at our Schaumburg office.

This onsite role requires the ability to craft clear messaging, lead launches, and build sales enablement content, while analyzing market trends to inform strategy and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product marketing or related roles in SaaS/enterprise software/legal-tech.
• Ability to craft clear messaging from complex ideas.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with Product, Sales, Marketing.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging for buyer personas and segments.
• Lead go-to-market launches, campaigns, and feature rollouts.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Create sales tools and enablement materials such as decks and battlecards.
• Develop product-driven content (whitepapers, webinars, blogs, stories).
• Highlight customer outcomes with Customer Success to strengthen brand credibility.
• Track adoption and campaign impact to optimize GTM efforts.
