Legal recruiting expert with 4–10 years owning BD at a legal recruiting agency.
Proven ability to build a book of business and win new law firm clients from scratch.
Elite performer with a history of beating quotas and rapid promotions.
High standards demonstrated by achievements in other domains (e.g., top university, varsity athlete).

Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities within top-tier law firms and legal departments.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final contract execution.
Act as a subject matter expert to refine the company's legal vertical strategy.
Collaborate onsite 5 days a week with the GTM team to share insights and accelerate growth.
