Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing experience preferred.
• Law firm or legal industry experience highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with attorneys and senior-level stakeholders.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to develop pricing strategies and matter budgets.
• Create pricing recommendations for new and existing client engagements.
• Analyze client and matter financial performance, profitability, and trends.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify matters requiring attention.
• Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to attorneys and leadership.
• Support strategic pricing initiatives, alternative fee arrangements, and client RFPs.
• Prepare and maintain client and matter-level financial reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, dashboards, and profitability reporting.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Practice Management, and other internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and matter data.
