GC AI is redefining how in-house legal teams work with AI-powered workflows. As a Solutions Professional, you will draft high-impact AI prompts, solve workflow challenges with customers, and teach courses that empower legal professionals to adopt AI in practice.

You will partner with customers to optimize processes, demonstrate ROI, and shape product direction with direct, measurable impact across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• In-house legal experience required; JD preferred.
• Strong background in legal metrics and process optimization.
• Passionate about AI and willing to experiment.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge creatively.
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools such as CLM, automation, analytics platforms.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize legal processes using data-driven ROI metrics.
• Draft high-impact AI prompts for diverse legal contexts.
• Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs.
• Collaborate with in-house legal teams to design AI-powered solutions.
• Act as Voice of the Customer, feeding insights to Product.
• Lead prompting workshops and training sessions.
• Position GC AI as a trusted legal AI partner with credibility and empathy.
