Job summary

GC AI is the legal AI platform built for in‑house legal teams. As Senior Director of Strategic Technology Partnerships, you will shape and own the technology partnerships strategy, collaborating with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other frontier labs, and connecting GC AI to the tools legal teams rely on daily.

This leadership role emphasizes program design, GTM, security, and scalable partner motions across national markets in a fast-growing, product-led environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology partnerships, ecosystem, business development, or channel in B2B SaaS.
• Proven 0-to-1 program building experience.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, security‑sensitive environments.
• Experience shipping and scaling partner ecosystems and go‑to‑market motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology partner strategy and roadmap aligned to GC AI’s enterprise growth objectives.
• Design and launch the Technology Partner Program with benefits and GTM entitlements.
• Build an integration evaluation framework weighing demand, feasibility, and upside.
• Create the partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, certification, and sunset.
• Drive PRM reporting to track partner-sourced and co-sell ROI.
