GC AI is building a legal AI platform and hiring a Solutions Attorney to blend legal expertise with AI to help customers transform workflows. You will craft powerful AI prompts, work directly with customers to solve workflow challenges, and teach courses that empower lawyers to use AI in practice.

Expect to influence product direction, drive adoption, and contribute to a fast-moving startup with a global footprint and professional team. Travel may be up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience practicing law, including in-house.
• Demonstrated passion for AI and willingness to experiment with it.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, automation, or other legal software).
• Excellent client-facing skills with empathy, proactivity, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft high‑impact AI prompts to solve real‑world legal problems across industries.
• Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs demonstrating GC AI's versatility.
• Partner with in‑house lawyers to understand workflows and design AI-powered solutions.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with Product to guide features.
• Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption.
• Position GC AI as a trusted legal AI partner with credibility and empathy.
