General Counsel AI, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Attorney to blend legal expertise with AI, helping customers transform workflows and adopt AI in practice. You will draft AI prompts, curate samples, and partner with in-house lawyers to design practical, compliant workflows.

Travel up to 25% may be required as GC AI scales across North America and Europe. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at a growing startup.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years in-house.
• Genuine passion for AI and active experimentation with it.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, automation, or other legal software).
• Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Draft high-impact AI prompts that solve real-world legal problems.
• Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs for GC AI.
• Partner with in-house lawyers to map workflows and design AI-powered solutions.
• Act as Voice of the Customer, informing Product with insights.
• Lead prompting workshops to boost customer adoption and confidence in AI.
