Job summary

HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Legal Intelligence Integration & AI Strategy Counsel to lead adoption of generative AI in legal workflows within a modern law firm environment. This full-time hybrid role requires JD credentials and leadership in legal technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will educate attorneys and professionals, design AI-driven processes, govern platforms, and partner with technology, KM, and business teams to measure impact and ensure responsible usage.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI in workflows.
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Legal Technology, Knowledge Management, Practice Management, Legal Operations, or Professional Development.
• Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Willing to reside in the United States.
• U.S. citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide initiatives to adopt generative AI.
• Identify AI-enabled workflow improvements with stakeholders.
• Design strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop AI education programs for professionals.
• Create learning resources and best-practice docs.
• Promote responsible AI with confidentiality and ethics.
• Support AI governance, standards, and compliance.
• Evaluate new legal tech platforms.
• Monitor adoption metrics and business impact.
• Collaborate with tech, KM, PD, research, marketing, and BD teams.
