Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the Private Equity + Investment Funds practice and attorneys in Philadelphia and other major markets. You will help develop strategies to grow client relationships, prepare tailored pitches, client alerts, newsletters, and coordinate events and webinars.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in marketing and business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of four (4) years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or a professional services organization.
Prior successful work history supporting a legal practice or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to cultivate business with current and prospective clients.
Conduct client, prospect, industry, competitor, and market research to inform targeted business development efforts.
Assist in creation of high quality, tailored pitch materials, responses to RFPs, and client presentations.
Coordinate events, sponsorships, webinars and speaking engagements, including budget and logistics.
