Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex litigation, discovery, and case management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, proofreading, and research abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for complex litigation, including discovery and case management.
• Coordinate outside counsel and vendor onboarding, timekeeping, and budget tracking.
• Assist with e-billing, matter management, and internal reporting.
• Organize meetings, prepare materials, and track deadlines.
• Support with correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
