Chevron Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Legal Analyst to provide paralegal and legal operations support to the SI&IL team. You will manage complex litigation discovery, data collection, and production, while coordinating outside counsel and budgeting efforts.

The role requires five years of paralegal/legal operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five years of paralegal and/or legal operations experience.
Experience supporting complex litigation, discovery and case management.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, proofreading, editing, and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to provide clear feedback.

Responsibilities

Provide paralegal support to complex litigation, including discovery, preservation, data collection, review and production.
Coordinate outside counsel onboarding, e-billing, and vendor management.
Assist with budget administration and financial tracking for SI&IL matters.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal reports for the team.
Maintain accurate matter and financial information and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with business partners, legal colleagues, and vendors to deliver results.
