Chevron’s Strategic Issues & International Litigation (SI&IL) group seeks an experienced Legal Analyst to provide paralegal and operations support for high-stakes litigation. The role emphasizes confidential handling, multitasking, and close collaboration with in-house and external partners.

The successful candidate will manage discovery, data collection, and production, while supporting budget administration, e-billing, and reporting for multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of paralegal/legal operations experience.
• Experience supporting complex litigation, discovery and case management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with outside counsel billing and matter management.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with discovery, preservation, data collection and production.
• Conduct factual and legal research and witness interviews.
• Coordinate with in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Manage billing, budgets and matter management processes.
• Organize meetings, prepare correspondence and reports.
• Maintain internal resources and provide timely project updates.
