Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Human Resources or related field – or – 4 years of human resources experience.
• 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree or
• 4 years human resources experience and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave of absence cases from intake to return-to-work.
• Educate employees and leaders on leave policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and legal as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant case files and timely communications.
