Job summary

The role requires strong FMLA, state leave knowledge, and collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and HR partners to ensure compliant, compassionate support.

You will handle notices, certifications, eligibility determinations, and maintain confidential records while staying current with changing laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on leave of absence experience.
• Strong working knowledge of FMLA, USERRA, ADA leave considerations.
• Experience administering leave across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of employee leaves from request to return to work.
• Administer federal/state/company leave programs and notices.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits on leave pay and deductions.
• Maintain confidential leave records with accuracy.
