Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Mfg Inc. seeks a Leave Management Coordinator to administer FMLA leaves and other LOA programs. This role ensures timely, compliant processing for employees in a manufacturing environment.

You will act as a liaison among location management, HR, TPAs, and employees, maintain accurate records, communicate requirements, and support related HR functions while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferable.
• Leave administration experience in a large company highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leaves from notification to return.
• Serve as liaison between location management, HR, TPA, and employees.
• Ensure leaves comply with FMLA, ADA, and applicable laws.
• Communicate documentation and notice requirements to employees.
• Administrate other company time off programs as assigned.
• Maintain accurate leave tracing and recordkeeping.
