Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Leave Management Coordinator to administer FMLA and related leave programs for employees. The role coordinates with location management, HR teams, TPAs, and staff to ensure compliant handling of leave requests and notices.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating requirements, and supporting benefits interactions during leaves and disability events. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume environment with leave administration preferred.
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA and other leaves is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Administers FMLA and other leave programs (PLOA, MLOA) for employees.
• Acts as liaison between location management, HR, TPA, and employees.
• Maintains accurate leave tracing and records in compliance with policy.
• Communicates documentation and notice requirements to employees.
• Supports benefits interactions during leaves and disability events.
• Uses Remedy to manage leave requests and tracking.
