Great Dane LLC is seeking a Leave Coordinator to support administration of employee leave programs and deliver high‑quality service to employees and internal partners. The role coordinates cases with internal teams and third‑party administrators, ensures accurate pay and benefit deductions, and maintains records with confidentiality and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, leave administration, benefits administration, payroll, or related employee services role.
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and third-party administrators regarding leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves).
• Provide high-quality customer service on leave eligibility, documentation, benefits, and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate leave with internal partners and third-party administrators for accurate, timely case management.
• Assist employees through the leave claim process (submission, status, updates).
• Maintain accurate leave records and reports; ensure HRMS/timekeeping data integrity.
