WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by executing leasing activities, nurturing prospects, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong resident retention, marketing, and outside-the-box thinking skills, capable of managing social media and coordinating with maintenance and management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily and leasing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and explain apartment features and operations.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Empathy and active listening to address resident needs.
• Goal-oriented with excellent time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pass background/drug checks.

Responsabilités

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute online marketing campaigns via social platforms and email to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, data, and resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and contracts and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
