You will drive occupancy through creative marketing, online outreach, and referrals while using ResMan for data tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals (greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, leases).
• Inspect apartments before move-in; ensure move-in ready condition; coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitors; develop short- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Create marketing activities to drive qualified traffic; manage resident referrals and employer outreach; use internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards; communicate maintenance needs to staff; keep property appealing.
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents to confirm decisions; send emails, notes, or calls to lease/renew.
• Support lease renewal program; prepare renewal letters and contracts; meet renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond to resident and owner questions; resolve problems and relay requests.
• Align marketing, leasing, renewal, and resident programs with KPIs; plan and execute actions to hit goals.
• Understand goals; align daily actions to achieve property objectives.
• Ensure training and projects are completed on time; participate in daily goal meetings.
