• Experience with social media for marketing and outreach.
• Familiar with on-site property management software (ResMan).

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments for move-in readiness and coordinates with maintenance.
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing plans.
• Creates marketing activities to drive traffic via social media and employer outreach.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease/renewal decisions.
• Maintains KPI-driven programs for leasing, renewal, and resident services.
