Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Marketing Representative for its Property Management team. You will coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals while delivering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals, leveraging online marketing, social media, and email campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and process records.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and screen credit/background checks.
• Proficiency with internet marketing, social media, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, screen credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize Yardi or similar PM software to track availability and manage data.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to maintain show units and marketing spaces.
