Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Learning Project Manager - Strategic Projects to lead planning, design, development, and implementation of complex learning initiatives that support strategic priorities. The role balances learning strategy, hands-on design, and cross-functional leadership with subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional design, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills, with PMP/CAPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Org Development, HR, Education or Instructional Design).
• 2+ years of management experience.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex learning initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities; translate objectives into learning strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions; create curricula and job aids.
• Lead multiple strategic learning projects from initiation to evaluation with plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Influence without authority by aligning stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Establish metrics and continuously improve learning programs based on data and business impact.
