Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences across the enterprise. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to translate needs into effective training solutions using adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, or related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, VILT, in-person).
Translate business needs into effective training using ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design.
Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and measurable outcomes.
