Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in instructional design or learning development.
• Strong ability to translate complex content into learner-centered materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs including eLearning, VILT, and in-person training.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate business needs into training solutions.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, and backward design to build measurable curricula.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and metrics; iterate content based on data.
