7-Eleven is seeking a Learning Project Manager – Strategic Projects to lead planning, design, development, and implementation of complex learning initiatives aligning to strategic priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• PMI PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading complex learning or organizational capability initiatives.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Learning Partnership: identify capability gaps and learning opportunities with leaders.
• Instructional design & development: lead design, development, and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Project leadership: manage multiple strategic learning projects from initiation to evaluation.
• Influence without authority: lead cross‑functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• Vendor & partner management: oversee external partners and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Measurement & continuous improvement: establish metrics and drive improvements from data.
