Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Learning Product/Program Manager I to design, develop, and manage continuing education for field leaders across the organization. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Human Resources, and Learning & Development to identify gaps, create engaging experiences, and measure program effectiveness.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, LMS maintenance, vendor coordination, and a focus on scalable solutions that drive business results and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in learning/education program design.
• 1-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own design and continuous improvement of continuing education curricula for field leaders.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery: scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, learner comms.
• Collaborate with SMEs and field leadership to translate needs into learning objectives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via data, feedback, and metrics to show ROI.
• Maintain LMS content, ensure accessibility and compliance alignment.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and coordinate with external providers.
• Create and maintain program docs, guides, tools, and trackers.
• Partner with facilitators to train content delivery and standards.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor budgets and resources for cost-effective delivery.
• Stay current with L&D trends and technology.
