Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Learning Product/Program Manager I for Field Leader Continuing Education to design and manage education programs across the organization. You will partner with Field Operations, HR, and Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and create scalable learning experiences that impact performance and leadership development.

You will maintain LMS content, coordinate with vendors, and deliver data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience; 1-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of continuing education curricula and learning pathways for field leaders.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and learner communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and field leadership to identify capability needs and translate priorities into learning objectives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, learner feedback, and performance metrics.
