Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience stated in the ad.
• No mandatory management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify objectives.
• Design across eLearning, VILT, in-person workshops and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex content for learners.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM and Bloom's Taxonomy to curricula.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments and interactive activities.
• Create resources with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with metrics and feedback data.
• Stay current with learning technologies and industry best practices.
• Support brand alignment and change management across initiatives.
