Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Learning Execution Manager (LEM) to drive end-to-end learning programs across diverse audiences. You will forecast demand, manage program execution, and partner across HR, product, and delivery teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities include building scalable solutions, measuring outcomes, and maintaining efficient LMS processes. This role reports to senior leadership and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Director/Sr. Manager Learning Strategy in determining learner needs by role/content area.
• Build collaborative, influential relationships with business, HR, and Learning partners to accomplish goals.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of learning and development solutions.
• Forecast training demand and manage day-to-day operations of learning and development solutions.
