Job summary

NetSuite Customer Education leads learning content programs to help customers derive greater value from our product. The Senior Program Manager will shape the program strategy, establish operating standards, and guide a cross-functional team of designers, editors, and analysts to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience managing content, video, or multimedia programs across multiple contributors.
• Experience operating without an established playbook and standing up a new program or function.
• Experience facilitating working sessions with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience directing non-professional on-camera talent remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own learning content programs end to end from intake to post-release review.
• Identify and execute a broad portfolio of learning content initiatives and programs.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to capture requirements and optimize cross-team dependencies.
• Set priority across the full content portfolio and manage risk with mitigation plans.
