Oracle is seeking a Program Manager for NetSuite Customer Education to own learning content programs from intake through publication. You will work with instructional designers, SMEs, and multimedia teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and high-quality assets.

The role involves coordinating across global teams, defining production briefs, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple workstreams, shaping content strategy, and coaching subject matter

Qualificações

• Five+ years of experience managing content, video, or multimedia programs.
• Experience facilitating working sessions with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience planning and directing schedules for multiple programs with dependencies.
• Proven ability to build repeatable production processes and SOPs.
• Experience directing on-camera talent remotely and coaching subject matter experts.
• Turn dense source material into clear instructional sequences with outcomes.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in content and video workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own learning content programs end to end from intake to publication and post-release review.
• Identify and execute a broad portfolio of learning content initiatives and schedules.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to understand requirements and dependencies.
• Facilitate intake/scoping sessions to define objectives, audience, success metrics, and owners.
• Convert leadership input into production briefs with objectives, outline, and review points.
• Prepare product and industry experts for capture and remote recording sessions.
• Shape long recordings/transcripts into actionable outlines for producers.
• Drive risk mitigation with ownership and regular follow-ups through closure.
• Influence teams to prioritize work with timestamped feedback and review loops.
• Establish scalable processes and templates for end-to-end program delivery.
• Write/maintain SOPs, brand standards, and reusable templates for quality.
• Build reporting, run standups, and forecast capacity against the roadmap.
• Map instructional assets across platforms to provide clear learner paths.
• Run post-release reviews with analytics to inform future programs.
• Coach staff to raise production standards; no direct reports.
