• Five+ years managing content, video, or multimedia programs.
• Experience facilitating sessions with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience planning schedules for multiple programs and managing dependencies.
• Proven ability to build repeatable production processes and SOPs.
• Experience directing on-camera talent remotely.
• Ability to turn dense source material into clear instructional sequence.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools in content workflows.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
