Qualifications

• Five or more years managing content, video or multimedia programs across multiple contributors.
• Experience facilitating working sessions with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
• Experience planning and directing schedules for multiple programs and dependencies.
• Proven ability to build repeatable production processes and SOPs.
• Directing non-professional on-camera talent remotely and coaching delivery.
• Ability to translate dense material into clear instructional sequences.
• Practical use of AI tools in content and video workflows.
• Proficiency with English in professional writing and speaking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines US business hours.
• 10% travel flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Own learning content programs end to end from intake through publication.
• Plan and direct schedules for multiple programs and monitor dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and optimize path.
• Draft briefs for production and coordinate with SMEs for capture.
• Prepare experts for remote recording sessions and coaching delivery.
• Shape long recordings into producer-ready outlines.
• Mitigate risks with ownership and regular follow-ups to closure.
• Drive review loops with timestamped feedback and sign-offs.
• Establish scalable process frameworks and maintain SOPs and templates.
• Build reporting, run standups and sprint planning for owned programs.
• Analyze budget spend and forecast production capacity against roadmaps.
• Connect asset types to learner journey and next steps.
• Run post-release reviews and carry insights forward.
