Oracle Corporation's NetSuite Education team seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead learning content programs end to end, from intake to publication and post-release review, partnering with designers, strategists, editors, analytics, and GTM teams to deliver on schedule.

You will drive scalable processes, manage budgets, coach producers, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve quality and efficiency, while turning complex source material into clear instructional sequences.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience managing content, video, or multimedia programs.
• Experience operating without an established playbook or creating a new program/function.
• Ability to convert discussions into documented direction and next steps.

Responsabilités

• Own learning content programs end to end from intake to publication and post-release review.
• Prioritize a broad portfolio of learning initiatives and direct schedules for multiple programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and optimize dependencies.
• Facilitate intake sessions and convert input into production briefs with clear success metrics.
• Coach producers and editors to raise standards and share best practices.
