Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience managing content, video, or multimedia programs with multiple contributors.
• Experience without an established playbook, standing up a program or function from scratch.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder sessions and turning discussions into documented direction.
• Experience planning schedules for multiple programs and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to build repeatable production processes and document them.
• Experience mentoring program staff and coordinating remote talent.

Responsibilities

• Own learning content programs end to end from intake to post-release review.
• Identify and execute a broad portfolio of learning content initiatives with planned schedules.
• Collaborate with global teams to capture requirements and optimize cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead intake and scoping sessions to define objectives, audience, success measures and deliverables.
• Convert leadership direction into production briefs with clear outlines and review checkpoints.
• Prepare and coach experts for remote recording to ensure natural delivery on camera.
• Shape long recordings and transcripts into teachable outlines for producers.
• Mitigate risks with ownership assignments and regular follow-ups through closure.
• Establish scalable processes and templates for end-to-end program delivery.
