Job summary

GHJ, a leading Los Angeles accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Learning and Performance Specialist to oversee training events, the Learning Management System, and performance cycles. You will partner with the Manager, Learning & Performance to execute the firm’s learning strategy and development priorities.

You will coordinate learning events, manage logistics, administer LC Vista LMS, track NASBA-related requirements, and support onboarding for new hires and interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, OD, education, communications or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience coordinating learning programs or employee development initiatives.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all firm learning events, virtual and in person.
• Manage training logistics, scheduling, room setup, tech, materials, registrations and communications.
• Coordinate external learning, CPE logistics, and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with department admins and leaders to meet learning needs.
• LMS: serve as primary administrator for LC Vista, maintain content, paths and certifications.
• Support onboarding learning experiences for new hires and interns.
• Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles and related communications.
