Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Learning & Development Business Partner to design and deliver leadership development programs across the firm. You will partner with senior leaders and Talent Development to identify priorities, diagnose gaps, and create practical, measurable learning solutions.

You will lead flagship initiatives, manage programs end-to-end, coach leaders, and facilitate sessions to ensure delivery meets NASBA compliance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of learning and development or related experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmwide leaders to understand priorities and translate insights into learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences and workshops that meet current and future needs.
• Facilitate programs and leadership sessions with credibility and strong adult-learning principles.
• Partner with leadership to enhance team member experience and align with firm DNA.
