Job summary

GHJ is seeking a Learning and Performance Specialist in Los Angeles to oversee employee training events, manage the Learning Management System, and support performance cycles.

You will partner with the Manager, Learning & Performance, to execute the learning strategy, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with NASBA standards.

The role requires 2+ years in L&D or HR, LMS experience, and strong organization, communication, and analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Communications, IO psychology, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related field.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Experience coordinating learning programs or employee development initiatives.
• MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all firm learning events, virtual and in-person.
• Manage training logistics: scheduling, rooms, tech, materials, registrations, communications.
• Coordinate external learning, CPE logistics, and professional development opportunities.
• Serve as LMS administrator: content, paths, certifications, and reporting.
• Support performance management cycles and related communications.
• Develop reports and insights for leadership and departments.
• Vendor management: schedule facilitators and training contracts.
