Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Learning Program Manager to shape and deliver learning strategies that drive business performance. You will partner with business leaders to diagnose gaps and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end learning initiatives—from strategy and design to deployment and measurement—while coordinating with instructional designers, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with goals and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex learning programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and capability gaps.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives: strategy, design, development, deployment, and measurement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, vendors, and facilitators to create high-quality learning solutions.
• Measure learning impact using business metrics and communicate ROI to stakeholders.
• Promote adoption and drive continuous improvement across programs.
