Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in learning and development or related roles.
• Demonstrated facilitation experience (in-person and virtual).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience applying performance consulting and root-cause analysis to align learning interventions with behavioral and business needs.
• Experience using learning technologies (LMS/LXP platforms, virtual learning tools).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured intake conversations to clarify business needs and define learning objectives.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Build strong relationships with onsite and corporate teams.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
• Design and develop learner-centered materials.
