Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Business Partner to serve as the strategic learning consultant between Central Learning & Development and business leaders in the Richmond area. The role drives capability development, assesses performance gaps, and designs scalable training interventions across delivery modalities.

You will promote enterprise learning adoption, support governance, and ensure alignment with federated learning practices while coordinating Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, HR, or consulting.
• Experience translating business needs into learning solutions.
• Experience designing learning interventions across multiple delivery methods.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and HR partners to align learning with business strategy.
• Translate business priorities into learning requirements and plans.
• Lead discovery conversations to define problems, audiences, and success metrics.
• Design and implement learning interventions using multiple modalities.
• Promote adoption of enterprise learning solutions and governance.
• Coordinate Learning Council operations and reporting.
