Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in L&D, talent development or related discipline.
- Experience partnering with leaders and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an L&D advisor to business leaders and identify capability needs.
- Translate priorities into learning strategies, curricula, and initiatives.
- Design and develop digital and instructor-led learning using instructional design methods.
- Manage LMS content, courses, paths, and reports; measure learning effectiveness.
